Cost-Less Parts! Warranty and New Parts Return Policy Guidelines

C.L.P. handles all parts warranties in accordance with manufacturers guidelines. Manufacturers are solely responsible for all final warranty approvals

1. All warranties honored require proof of purchase if requested

2. Warranty periods are from the date of purchase.

3. You must call for a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number AND shipping instructions prior to returning any items. You will be required to provide the following information
when calling:

   A. Date of part purchase
   B. Part number
   C. Reason for failure
   D. Model and serial number of the machine the part was installed on.

RMA numbers will only be issued if all of the above information is provided. Any parts returned without RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. Parts that are returned and show signs of misuse, alteration or missing components will not be credited.The customer will be contacted and the part(s) will be returned to the customer.

5. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

You will be billed for any replacement warranty part(s). Replacement parts purchased will be credited once a credit is received from the manufacturer. This is normal procedure in the laundry industry.

30- DAY RETURN POLICY - Applicable to NEW parts, never installed

1. All returns require proof of purchase.

2. Parts must be returned to Daniels within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. You must call for a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number AND shipping instructions prior to returning any items. You will be required to provide the following information when calling:

   A. Date of purchase and original invoice number
   B. Part number(s)
   C. Reason for return

   RMA numbers will only be issued if all of the above information is provided. Any parts returned    without RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

6. Parts may be subject to a 10% restocking fee for all common stock parts returned within 30 days of purchase. Special order, non-stock and items that specify color may not be returnable or may be subject to a higher restocking fee. All returns are subject to management approval.
